A Message from Becky Pfundheller

Today, I write to share my plans to retire as President and CEO of AFL at the end of this month. I plan to take some much-needed time for myself and my family and explore some personal goals.

Twenty-eight years after opening our doors, I am humbled by the success and support I have received over the years, and the incredible friendships I have made. Being able to help people and share my knowledge is at the forefront of why I founded AFL.

I am blessed by the mentors that have touched my life and given me invaluable advice, time and always an honest word. I feel fortunate to have been able to touch the lives of so many individuals, students, employees, customers, vendors, and professionals over the years. AFL has been a steppingstone for many young professionals. I’m proud to have had the opportunity to “pay it forward.” My moto is “do not burn bridges and always be open to connect with others.” I will always support and celebrate AFL’s success, and know it will continue to be a strong force in the industries we serve. I found a great partner in Tentamus, who will lead AFL into the future, and I will continue to stay involved to support key initiatives.

The reputation we have built together makes me incredibly proud. I want to thank all the staff & team members that contributed to AFL’s success throughout the years, as well as the customers that have made AFL the success story I can now share.

My family and extended network has always been my core strength and support system. Our triplets, now 21, were raised within the walls of AFL. I am sure that watching our growing pains and perseverance is now reflected in the strong work ethic they exhibit in their lives. My husband Randy has always been my ‘board of directors’ and sounding block. I recognize some sacrifices were made over the years, but it made us grow stronger together.

After January, I will be available at my new contact information, cell: 214-642-8664 and email becky@threepfive.com. Reach out to me at any time.

I pass the torch of AFL leadership knowing there is a strong foundation to build on!
