Special Projects Overview:
In this session, you will learn about the different types of studies AFL’s Special Projects department can perform for you. We will go over what defines a Special Project and how it differs from regular laboratory testing, as well as go through the details of different types of projects, including Method Validation studies, Pathogen Control studies, Shelf Life studies, Antimicrobial Effectiveness studies, and Time/Temperature Control studies. We will give you a brief overview of the steps and stages of a study, as well as what to expect at each point. Finally, we’ll sum up how the types of Special Projects can relate to your needs.
After the presentation, we will also conduct a tour of our facility. Join Ray Collins, AFL General Manager, and Bill Centrella, AFL Special Projects Manager, for this Lunch and Learn event!
